John is a Principal with Windsor Strategy Partners, LLC. With over 30 years of experience as a pension and health care actuary, John is WSP’s lead consultant on pharmacy benefits, creditable coverage determinations, and integration of medical and Rx benefits for self-insured plans. The more common of WSP’s actuarial work for BAN members include IBNR reserve calculations, budget projections, development of premium equivalent and COBRA rates for self-insured plans, pricing impact of plan design changes, and stop loss analyses. WSP also provides a wide array of custom actuarial projects to accommodate the self-insured space. John also coordinates services with WSP’s sister company, Claros Analytics, which develops and maintains actuarial models for BAN members. John is a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries and a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries.
